March is National MS Awareness Month!

The staff at the IMSMP are constantly encouraged and inspired by the accomplishments and activities of our patients. We are proud of what so many of our patients have done in their personal and professional lives.

During National MS Awareness Month, the IMSMP will be highlighting the remarkable things our patients do and the accomplishments they achieve. Whether it's attitude, staying healthy, working, giving back to the community - basically, living life and reaching goals. If you, or someone you know has MS and would like to share their story, please let us know! E-mail 2-5 lines about this person and a picture to accompany the post. Send to Pam Levin at plevin@imsmp.org or call (646) 557-3891.

Our goal is to post a different patient tribute on our IMSMP Facebook page everyday for the month of March! We kick of MS Awareness Month with The Optics of Multiple Sclerosis. A booklet written by IMSMP patient, Robert Bloom which concentrates on the optics of the disease and lets people truly understand what some MS patients go through on a daily basis and how mystifying the disease can be to the majority of those who live outside the boundaries of MS. DOWNLOAD AND READ OPTICS OF MS BELOWOptics of MS v 4.pdf
