Infusion Suite Appointment Requirements and Protocol for COVID-19

Please be mindful that you MUST adhere to your appointment time as best as possible. We understand that you may arrive early due to traffic conditions, but a designated time slot has been arranged for you specifically so everyone can maintain a safe distance.

Please take note of the following:

• Arriving too early may result in having to wait outside of the Infusion Suite. You may only arrive a maximum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled infusion appointment.
• Additionally, if you run too late, your infusion treatment may be canceled.
• A no visitor policy is still in effect.
