The IMSMP Infusion Suite is a top-of-the-line outpatient center designed with comfort and privacy in mind:
- Wall-to-wall windows
- 18 private patient pods
- Amenities like blankets, pillows, snacks, coffee/tea, high-speed Wi-Fi, and room for guests
The Suite is staffed by oncology-trained nurses with extensive knowledge of preparing, administering, and monitoring intravenous infusions.
An IMSMP physician is always present in the Center while IV treatments are in process.
IMSMP is the only MS Center in New York City that offers appointments 7 days per week!

The Infusion Suite is open 7 days/week for your convenience!
What amenities are available in the infusion pods?
The Center has blankets, pillows, cushioned recliners, light snacks and beverages, and high-speed Wi-Fi available during every appointment.
Can a guest accompany me to my infusion appointment?
Yes! Feel free to bring a family member or friend to your appointment. Pods have an extra chair available for guests.
I’m looking for more privacy - do you have private infusion areas?
Yes! Contact our office to discuss the availability of our completely private Infusion Suites, complete with a private restroom.
How should I prepare for my Infusion appointment?
Before your appointment, hydrate well with water and electrolytes. We suggest having a light meal or snack prior to your appointment, and limiting your consumption of caffeine and alcohol.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring any chargers, headphones, devices, books, magazines, etc. you'd like to feel at ease.
Can I order food for delivery during my appointment?
Food delivery is not permitted in our building, but we encourage patients to bring their favorite meal or snack with them. We also have light snacks and beverages available, courtesy of the Center.
Can I bring a child with me?
Guests under the age of 12 should not accompany you to the infusion suite. Thank you for your understanding!
